I ordered a Hibiki 21 Year for one of our most important clients (£900).
Not only did the driver not deliver it directly to them, they threw it over the garden wall.
Then when challenged, they said they received a picture of it with a closed door so no fault from their point of view. Asking me to ask the client to send in proof they are lying.
Never once had this issue with Harrods, my mistake for trying to save £100.
Premium company, premium product but delivered absolutely sub-par.
