I ordered a prosecco gift box for my friend's birthday. I had paid for name day delivery - what a waste of time. It was not delivered on the named day, but the following day. My friend was home all day and no delivery was attempted, and I was sent an email telling me no one was home. I then gave the option for a neighbour to take it in the following day. They didn't try to deliver to the neighbour who was also in all day, and I got another email telling me that they would now try the following day - fours days after the date I wanted it to arrive. This was too late as my friend was flying early that morning on holiday for a week. If you give a name day delivery service then ensure that you can provide it!
