Bought a sofa for over 5k. Within a week the recliner sqeaked. I had the entire mechanics replaced under warranty. When it was replaced, I sat on it and the new one immediately sqeaked. The repair man from HN said it was normal. A few months on, the 5k recliner sofa is now mostly used as a regular couch because of this problem. Clearly they believe this is normal.
