Bought a TV roughly 5 months ago, it started producing purple lines through the screen. Rang Harvey Norman for the warranty and was told somebody would get back to me. 2 months went by and nobody hadn’t contacted me and so I called them. The person I spoke to was awesome and told me to come in for a replacement Tv as this was unacceptable. I knocked of work, went home and grabbed my TV and if I went to Harvey Norman. When I got there, they were nothing but rude and unhelpful just wanted me to pay more money and to top it of they did not have any TV available for me. I ended up leaving empty handed, I even had to go back inside to ask them for my TV that I had bought in to have replaced. The manager bought the TV out to the car for me, I not only have a TV with purple lines through it during any screen time it now also has this little crack/scratch looking part on the top of my screen. Will never purchase anything from you guys again. Bad service and does not stand up to the requirements of the warranty. I rang the head office and they said they will find out what’s happening and it’s now been a week and I still haven’t heard anything from you guys. Bad communication and service all round.
