I don't normally give a review on customer care/deliveries..however I'm pleased to be writing this experience. I had a dishwasher delivered, with a phone call before the delivery and it arrived on time as promised in our conversation by phone. On arrival one of the staff/ delivery man introduced himself and his co worker as Tommy and Adam..I was impressed by his courtesy and manners. I invited him into my home. The old dishwasher was removed and new one installed with such attention to detail and care..nothing was rushed or overlooked. Tommy treated my purchased as if it was his own purchase and took great pride in his job as he installed the new machine. Adam was also professional in his handling of the situation as the job was a little tedious and required skill and patience from both men (Tommy and Adam). I would highly recommend this delivery service and would like to congratulate Harvey Norman for employing a great workmanship to go into there customer's homes. Many thanks Tommy and Adam.
