I ordered 3 lamp tables and a coffee table in November, I was informed that order had been cancelled by the courier, I rang Harvey's who informed me this was not the case. Since then I have been emailing and phoning hanging on the phone for an hour at a time. Yesterday I spoke to a very rude man at customer services who told me that the courier had damaged the coffee table but the lamp tables were ready for delivery. He said they would ring me to let me know when the coffee table would be ready for delivery. I received a call today to inform me it will be 4 weeks. I emailed asking for delivery of the lamp tables as it was no fault of mine that the coffee table was damaged. I received an email back stating that the supplier nor Harvey's hold stock of these items, I emailed back stating I was told that the lamp tables were ready for delivery but just keep getting the same reply that they do not hold stock. I do not believe that the lamp tables are ready for delivery as I received a phone call from the supplier asking if I wanted the order as Harvey's had made such a mess of it they didn't know what was happening.
