Purchased two leather sofa 1 week ago. Within 2 hours,leather look rippled . Reported it to shop assistant who told me to go and ring customer service centre .
Homeserve have been to inspect sofa and report "Pooling"of leather happens alot in 3 seater fully electric sofas,so he can't do anything about it.
At no time was this known "pooling" disclosed by the sales assistant nor any disclaimer on the produce ...DO NOT BUY FROM HARVEYS-THEY TAKE FULL PAYMENT THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!
