I've dealt with Hattons since taking up model railways some 10 years ago and have had nothing but the best service from them. My onlly problem was dealing with their old website when ordering but a quick phone call ended the problem. Recently I had a small order of Airfix tank kits for their excellent warwells (highly recommended) when checked there were some tracks missing from the kit packaging. A quick phone call and I received replacements by first post this morning. Great service on a £25 order which I really appreciate, now all I have to do is get the kits built and load up the warwells.
