I am becoming increasingly concerned. My item was due for delivery 6 weeks ago and I have had no update on the delivery status. I have had no response to emails and have been told twice that someone will call me back with an update. The last lady I spoke to was very abrupt and quite rude. If I don't receive a call today I will be taking legal action. I paid almost £700 for a table that I don't even have. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone! A concerned 'customer'.
