I placed an order for a desk which was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Over 3 weeks later, several emails (not responded to) and phone calls (not taken because of "experiencing high volume") I'm now having to assume I am not going to receive the desk and dispute the payment via my credit card company. A complete and utter waste of my time.
I try really hard to go direct and support smaller sellers rather than resorting to having to go to the bigger distributors but when this kind of thing happens, it makes it really difficult.
