I ordered two office storage units with HausDirect on the 7th of October. After several calls and messages to the helpdesk, I am still waiting for the order to be fulfilled. They have told me half the order has arrived and the other is still be shipped from Germany. Must be on a round the world trip!
Website said it would be 4 to 6 weeks and now it's the 27th of December. Don't believe what they say about items being in stock.
