Same as many others I'm afraid. Ordered a desk on 1/5/20 money gone to them. Guess what? NO DESK. No answer to phone calls or repeated emails. Joined the suggested ticket queue system. Nothing. I'm furious. I understand the current situation but an email response should be top priority at the moment especially reading all these bad reviews!
