5* for product quality, 5* on delivery service 4* Delivery timeframe (2 days delayed) 3* Communication This is how I would rate this business, I’ve had a pleasant time but it took me several attempts to reach the company. Overall I rate this a 4* business. Only being critical here as I read reviews before ordering which were mixed and my experience has been great as ultimately it’s all about the product, I’ve had communication delays also with Matalan and Flannels recently so seems to be online companies are most likely being overwhelmed with order intake and customer engagement but just wanted to share my experience as it may help others who have concerns before ordering. My advice is don’t panic if you can’t always reach them, the product arrived perfectly and so the logistical operations are active for sure, just challenging at times and frustrating if you can’t reach them on the phone.
