I ordered a desk on the 16th of May and as of yet I still haven't received it .I have managed to speak to the company a few weeks away and although very apologetic I still haven't any idea when the desk will arrive .
I decided to cancel my order and sent them an email to request this and rang several times but after waiting on hold for eternity it just goes to answerphone .
So I don't know if I am getting a refund or even if I am getting a desk
We all understand the overwhelming challenges you are facing but without customers you would have a company
Please please can someone contact me
