Cancelled our booking for next weekend as the reviews for touring are shocking. The shower blocks got awful reviews and you have to be off the pitch by 10 on the day of departure (most other sites are 12). Can’t ask for a late departure until you arrive!! The staff were totally unreasonable and I couldn’t speak direct to the touring department. Asked for a voucher to use at some other time at another site. They don’t do that. No customer service whatsoever. Maybe they just look after people in statics as this is what appears to be the norm.
