I've booked holidays with Haven for as long as l can remember, kids have become grandchildren, until now l've never had to change a date, because for the first time this situation has risen, l've found out what a greedy, money grabbing company they are. I booked and paid for a short break for my son and his family in 2 weeks time, because of a medical problem, where an operation is required, they can't make it. I tried to change the date but was told it would cost me £60. The holiday was only £120, so that seems pointless, l'll just go on my own. If Haven want my money that bad, they best enjoy this moment, because l will never again book with them
