Ordered a load of little fillers for goody bags for my Son's birthday party, first they sent a huge box with a load of packaging in to find one small item in the bottom worth £1.99!! So I emailed them and said don't bother sending the rest of the items now as it would be too late for said party and please be kind enough to refund me. Lovely email back saying they had refunded me.... a week later I received the rest of the items from said order and a refund of £1.98??? Don't think I will be bothering again, thanks for the experience and lesson learned herein!!!!
