Will never shop there again. Was unaware there was a maximum pick up time. Had issues with pick up due to family death. Said I'd be in following weekend. Was unable to make it and was met by an email on the Tuesday informing me I had been refunded £1.40. My order (4 small tattoo books - taking up zero space) came to £4. Discovered I had been charged £2.40 for costs. Ridiculous. So unimpressed.
