In order to grow our handmade jewellery business, we wanted to build a luxury purpose-built studio and teaching room in our garden, to replace our existing facility which had become too small. Jon worked really hard with us to design a stunning studio, which meets every single need for the room. Working with the team was a delight; we were provided with a full schedule, were well communicated with, and consulted at every step of the way. We were given lots of choice on extra features to add, and the quality of the build is exceptional. Due to the size requirement of the room, and layout of our garden and drainage, our budget was not able to stretch to a plumbed toilet and sink. Jon found an innovative, affordable and practical solution so that the studio can benefit from toilet and basin facilities still within budget, but with possibility to upgrade to plumbing at a later date. The build took only a few weeks, thanks to the efficient organisation of materials and contractors. It literally was a zero-stress build, which more than met our expectations of service and care. We now have a spacious, fantastically insulated, air conditioned room studio/classroom with beautiful windows, doors, flooring, finishes and stunning cedar cladding.
