I have been waiting a year for some of my plants. 🤔. I was not informed of any delay in delivery even though nearly every time it got pushed back months and the plants where no longer available. Communication is poor. If I had not ordered the plants for others I may well have forgotten about them and have my money taken and no plants. I wonder if this happens with people frequently as it’s actually quite naughty. I have been assured I am a one off case but know this not to be so. I think hayloft need to seriously sort out their communication issues and consider if they are a fit company to exist. You can’t sell things you don’t have in stock. I understand the nature of horticulture and the uncertainty of and reliance on weather conditions etc for growth and success of plants but you need to be sure you don’t unintentionally take folks money and forget to give them their product or you could one day be up against some quite serious accusations.
