Absolutely dreadful service - don't waste your money, give it to your local garden centre instead!
I've waited two working weeks for a bag of compost costing £19.00 - I'm still waiting.
The Nemesia plants I bought cost £35.00 [after a ten day wait they've finally arrived] - check out the photos attached and yes, that is a 10p piece!
The positives? We've never laughed so much in our house, also - we're going to buy from our local garden centre from now on.
My sympathies go out to the people on the Hayloft switchboard - you can tell they're used to complaints!
