Went into the showroom to check out an ID3 & ID4, no one on reception, me and my husband wandered around and still no one to speak too, saw an employee walking through showroom to staff area probably with the bacon sandwiches, still no one to speak too, eventually my husband approached a man who walked out of an office, a salesman took outside to look at an ID4 he actually walked passed the model and my husband actually pointed it out to him, totally uninterested, he unlocked the car from the showroom, we looked round it, still no salesman came and we walked off, terrible experience, we have a Tiguan but will definitely not be going back to Doncaster and stick with Sheffield.
