The customer service is immaculate! I ordered my pillow and it was not a good fit (too high). I had chose the medium pillow (queen size #21). I called to get my return label and got it right away and they also made sure the decision to switch pillow was the right one. They also offered to send the new pillow #18 as soon as they receive the #21 pillow. Thank you for your help, suggestions and collaboration Team Headleveler!
