Not the right pillow for me but what is really frustrating is the terrible return and/or exchange policy. The only way to test whether a pillow if right for you is to sleep on it for a night or two but Headleveler doesn't provide a protective cover (in order to test the pillow in a hygienic way) or allow for removal or the plastic covering (how can yo truly test a pillow with through plastic wrap and air?). All return and/or exchange processes are difficult and require additional payment from the consumer. If the company truly believed in their product these processes would free.
