I purchase a pillow per my doctor suggestion. I spoke to someone at headleveler and with some questions they suggested a specific pillow. Received the pillow pretty fast. Felt the pillow to hard so I called back. They suggested a different model. Returned the previous one and tested the new on I felt it was better but it’s hard to judge when it’s in a plastic envelope. So I took it out and took a chance but I don’t like it. Now I’m stuck with it. The service was amazing but the pillow not so much. That’s the problem when you can’t try them before you can buy. Will stick to buying in the stores so I can try them.
