The quality of the pillows looks good, but the return policy is very strict and return fees are at the expense of the customer. Although there is an extensive form to customize the pillow choice, it does not work well. My pillow was way too thick and firm. Following my experience, I would favor in-store shopping or amazon supplier with more flexible and hassle-free return policies
