Hello! I was expecting to either not like this new pillow, or for it to take quite some time to get used to it. My previous pillow was very thin, and previous pillows that I had tried, including thicker ones and other models of "orthopedic" pillows, did not seem comfortable or caused more neck pain. I adjusted to the Headleveler very quickly, my first night and subsequent first week of sleep was very good. I have had little to no neck pain during this adjustment period, whereas I would usually experience pain most days. Very happy with the initial results!
