I did their initial become a health and life coach training and then went on to do their mastery training. I have to say that these programs are masterfully crafted. Since completing these programs, I have delved deep into psychotherapy and am getting a M.A. in clinical mental health counseling and the wonders of their trainings are still unfolding. They don’t tell you much about the theory or methodology or tell you all the specifics on what’s weaved into their trainings and methods they teach but I’m constantly learning thing like “oh wow, that’s a somatic practice they taught.” “Oh wow, that’s Internal Family Systems work.” “Oh wow, that’s neural retraining.” It’s been years and the magic is still revealing itself. But again, they don’t tell you all of this so TRUST what they teach and use it because I can confirm it’s legit and it’s soooo much more powerful than you may realize at the time. They also provided a lot of business training which was helpful. I personally was unable to create a sustainable practice and went back to work for someone else making a barely livable wage which is why I’m in grad school now, but the training and the knowledge is EXTREMELY powerful and more helpful that what I’m learning in grad school.
