My review is for the Health Coaching program only. This was a fantastic program that provides a foundation to start health coaching. Over the six months, you are given an introduction to many different facets of coaching, including a 90 day program to deliver to clients. Everything is done for you, and you finish with a basic understanding and ability to coach. The amount you get out of the program is what you put into it. The more practice you get, the more competent you will feel while coaching. They teach a framework, but it's up to the students to apply it in their practice and to refine it.
