Ordered product 2nd September and 12 weeks later still nothing despite order status as fully despatched since 25th September. I have requested information several times via emails and all I get is an automated response blaming Covid. Delivery lead times on their website are still very misleading. No facility to ask for a refund other than an email which may or may not even get acknowledged.
Very poor customer service....even a little honesty would help if indeed the delays are due to Covid. Sounds a bit scammish to me...Caveat Emptor!
