Order placed in October still has not arrived (1st March). They sent a couple of lengthy excuse emails, asking for me not to place negative feedback and to be understanding that they are doing their best to deal with numerous customer emails. The items were coming from the US. I have not had any other issues with any other companies deliveries since lockdown and find their customer service appalling. They have stopped responding since I requested a refund on 9th February.
