My order came in lots of packets spread over lots of days. A couple from Gibraltar, rest from the USA. The Gibraltar ones took a few weeks, USA months. Since this, I found out that very few items are shipped from the UK. They are shipped from Gibraltar and the USA in order to avoid paying VAT and Customs Duty. The company is Jersey based so to not pay any corporation tax. For a lot of items, they don't actually have the stock, and purchase from a company in the USA. These are put in bags, boxed up and posted to the UK, then when in the UK, are actually put in the post. There are lots of delays. Main reason being is that these boxes are only posted once a week from the USA. So if you order the afternoon after the box is posted, your item is sat around for a week before it even gets put in the post. If there's not enough items to go in the box, or bills have not been paid, the box is delayed, so you may be 2 weeks instead of 1 before it actually gets posted. Health Monthly say that it is posted, and blame it on "the postal service" etc, but it's just sat in a box waiting to be collected in the USA.
