Order made in late August-delivery expected mid-October. The standard scripted response to my enquiry is delays due to Covid, which is an insult to customers intelligence. Why is this company struggling with their orders when competitors are dispatching within days? Sounds like they have a cash flow problem so I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them. Will wait a couple more weeks then will be seeking a refund via my card provider under the Consumer rights act. Note to Health Monthly:please do not copy & paste a standard reply of Covid babble-just dispatch my paid for goods.
