DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a product on 23rd October, got no confirmation of order until I emailed and sent a contact form a week or two later, I got no reply to either but suddenly got confirmation of the order. A month after ordering I got confirmation from the delivery company that it was on it's way - nothing from Health Paradigm. Then a few days after that an email to say there was a delay. I've heard nothing since. I emailed Health Paradigm again telling them about the delayed delivery but still not receiving the product and what a surprise, nothing from them. There's no phone number to ring and they ignore my emails. They've taken my money and I have no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If they respond on here and sort the problem out I'd be only too willing to update the review. Feels like a scam company to me so far or they're going out of business and have the cheek and lack of integrity to take people's money anyway knowing they're not going to fulfill the order.
