I was missing a part for the Super Pole I had for my mother. Tammy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She found the appropriate part, sent the listing to me, and made the ordering process extremely easy. Her help was very much appreciated, and the people works wonderfully for assisting my mother in maneuvering and standing.
