I am a 66-year old paraplegic 16 years post injury. My shoulders have developed problems, and I also have a pressure sore. To help with transfers on and off my bed I ordered the superpole with superbar several months ago on the recommendation of my DME provider. I also got a supertrapeze to go on the pole. These products have been a huge help to me, making transfers easier, less painful, and with less shearing on my butt/pressure wound. I do sometimes hit my head on the trapeze and need to figure out a better angle to mount it at, but it is still very helpful. I especially like the rod and use it all the time. I highly recommend these products.
