I’ve been using HealthPiper for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. One thing I appreciate the most is the ability to reach out and message my provider whenever I need something. There’s no waiting around for days or weeks to get an appointment in the traditional way, they are always quick, kind, and super helpful. The provider they paired me with has been incredible. She truly takes her time to listen, understand my concerns, and always works with me to find the best solution. It feels less like a traditional psychiatric appointment and more like a personalized, ongoing conversation about my mental health, which is something that has made me feel very safe and comfortable. It is on the expensive side, but honestly I’m really grateful to have found them and I feel it's been worth it for me. If you’re looking for a service where you feel supported and heard, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
