I have been using Healthpiper for a few months now and honestly, it's the best thing ever. When I first reached out, I received a response from them within minutes. I had the video consultation a few days later and it's been great ever since. I don't mind $99 monthly fee because to me the convenience is so worth it. Working full time, my doctor's appts would always get pushed back because I'd rather take time off to take my kids to the doctor instead of me. Any time I send a message, I receive a response in a timely manner. I feel better now than I have in months! I'm so happy I found this service. Love all that Dr. Freedman and Ben do to help.
