Dr. Freedman and his staff held my hand in addressing my mental health and have made continuing treatment a very positive experience. The app. offers a platform for communication that gives me the confidence to always know where I stand and make expressing any questions or concerns a simple messenger process. There are no limitations to when or how I can communicate with my Dr. I consider it a luxury and I am grateful for it.
