I ordered some goods during a sale period. The order was not delivered by the courier company. After a long delay, Healthspan refunded me. When I went to place a replacement order, the price had gone up by 50%.
I asked to be able to place the replacement order at the same price as the original order, Healthspan refused.
Not good business practice not good customer service. Disappointing.
