I have purchased 5 water bottles from your site and was always pleased with my purchase. This last time I sent a water bottle back because I purchased the wrong size. The return process is a hassle and confusing. I am still waiting for a refund. When you make an exchange it says the shipping is paid but I had to contact customer service to get a refund. I also was unsure what information I needed to make the return and when I asked customer service they referred me to the website.
