We ordered three water bottles (21 oz) - these were birthday gifts and therefore were time-sensitive.
The company sent 2 of 3 yet their packing slip says they packed all three. (Someone is clearly mathematically challenged. Maybe counting on their fingers would help?)
We are beyond annoyed at the incompetence.
