My mom also placed an order worth £40 from Heart Hijab in September and still haven't received anything nor gotten any refunds.
However just want to encourage you to check their website as they posted an update (press the "NO MORE COVID DELAYS" at the very top of the website) that they took a bad hit at the beginning of the year because of COVID-19 and their merchandise was delayed as it comes from China.
The update was posted on the 10th of November.
They also said in it that they will be getting to customers orders as quickly as possible.
