I have ordered $50+ worth of hijab on the 10th of December 2021, its been well over a month and the status is still at "picking" meaning its not even dispatched. I have reached out by requesting ticket and even emailed them but no response. This is so disappointing I've never experienced this type of customer service and experience anywhere. I have ordered from this business before and I do like their hijabs and I know it can take a little longer to receive items due to covid but its nearly like 2 months now and its not even sent out! ridiculous!. I would just like an update on what's going on and whether I am going to received my items or not??? and they don't even give you a tracking number. I had higher expectation from a muslim business!! genuinely disappointed.
