The throw arrived faulty. With a big pulled thread in it. It was a present for mothers day. I noticed on their Facebook page they state because the item is handmade that faults are to be expected. I emailed them with photos asking them to send out a replacement before mother's day so my daughter could give it to her mum today. They didn't reply to my email and didn't send a replacement. The item was only £9 and they charged an additional £3 postage. To return the faulty item to them they're not going to refund my postage and charge me another £3 to return the item. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and lack of customer service. I would not recommend buying from them.
