After booking and paying for my new boiler to be installed. This morning I have received a phone call that the engineer cannot make it. I was called at the time he was supposed to be here.
Being self employed I have taken a day off work loosing out on a days earnings (about 25% of my weekly wage) I now have to take another morning off affecting even further income.
The notice was awful and no alternative was offered. Not impressed and not happy at all.
