A simple email to say that we required a replacement shower door as all chrome components had rusted after just 6 months. I required a different shower door and was willing to pay the difference as I did not want the same issue. 44 backwards and forwards emails later, 5 phone calls, a letter and 2 emails to the manager, sees a towel rail sent out, the offer of a new door with me paying the difference, which has not been followed up. I am shocked at the customer service of this company, lack of concern and apportioning the blame to all others, instead of accepting responsibility and replacing the door as it is under warranty. Especially as they quote on their site: "We are still proud to be an independent company who values the custom it receives."
