Faulty item but refused to provide a refund. Customer service team have no idea what Consumer Rights Act is and kept telling me incorrect information about my consumer rights.
Bounced from one customer service agent to another until I reached a "Senior Customer Service" agent that sent conflicting information and emails that made no sense what so ever.
I've had to complain to my credit card company to get my money back as they refuse to collect the item to inspect the fault themselves and refuse to fund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
