Have recently placed a second order from this firm in Bulgaria for a kit to install an electric heated floor. First one was our living room, they couldn't have been more helpful with the design and planning. The cables were pre installed which made fitting very easy. The communication and delivery information was excellent. Delighted with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them. Added reassurances being able to order through Amazon and paid through PayPal.
