Purchased a neo hub but after a few days it powered off. When trying to check cabling and reconnecting the cable the pins in the ethernet port dislodged/bent and the unit would not power back on. It was less than a month old so expected some kind of replacement or repair. Whilst it was fairly straightfoward to purchase from them online, be warned - any follow up sales support/return is beyond a joke......slow and antiquated and not fit for purpose. I had to chase them constantly (be prepared wait to speak to somebody on the phone for 30 mins+) and attitude of support department is very much "computer says no".
Eventually nearly a month after first reporting the problem I received an email informing me that that the hub was not under warranty due to "customer damage" and it would be returned to me faulty. Told them to save the postage. Too early to comment on thermostats already purchased but I am not optimistic judging by other comments.
